Terroir
Mainly planted on clay-limestone soils, quite poor in surface but deep, which makes it possible to overcome the droughts of certain scorching summer.
Winemaking
Rosé made from direct pressing and bleeding. Clearing static with temperature control before fermentation begins starts and runs its course. Aging for a few months on fine lees.
Tasting
Cinsault is the preferred grape variety in this blend, it brings delicacy to our rosé. The other grape varieties Grenache noir and Syrah will bring depth, complexity as well as a beautiful length in mouth. Well balanced between freshness and a touch of sweetness, it is a pretty poetry of red fruits.
Gourmet pairings Served chilled as an aperitif and will go well with your salads, grills or tians.
