Is it a Gin or a Vodka? Apparently those at Williams Chase don't know either, because the bottle has two labels. With juniper as the only botanical, this is legally both a Gin and a flavored Vodka. Potato farmer and distiller Will Chase distilled just two batches of 1000 numbered bottles each from his own potatoes. Handmade, gluten-free and no longer available even at the distillery. Limited and rare. Turn the bottle and decide what you drink!
