Spring gin is a fine gin from Belgian soil (Bornem) in a beautiful bottle. Spring gin is launched by Manuel Wouters. Spring gin is produced at Filliers in small quantities or batches and contains twelve different plants and herbs. The following ingredients were used to compose this gin: barley, rye, wheat, angelica, coriander seed, lemon, juniper berries, star anise, cardamom, orange peel and black pepper. What makes this gin so special is the addition of rhubarb root and pine buds, truly a first. Spring gin is numbered and labeled by hand. The bottle is closed with a hand-cut cap to emphasize the artisanal character. Delicious pure or with a little soft tonic. Spring gin is bottled in 'laboratory bottles'. Nice, but this makes the bottle seem not full enough, even though it is exactly half a liter. It is possible that some drops may escape through the glass cap during transport. We package the bottle specially to collect these drops so that they do not damage the label. Sending this bottle - with any resulting leakage - is the responsibility of the buyer. One of the absolute classics in the whole gin story. This gin is 4x!! distilled. This gives the botanicals time to express the aromas in their full complexity. The gin is also slightly higher in alcohol than classic. This means that everything comes into its own when mixing with tonic or in a cocktail.
