Terroir
Grenache blanc and Roussane grow on poor clay-limestone soils. and quite stony. The Clairette are on calcareous and not very fertile soils and finally viognier on equally poor clay-limestone soils.
Winemaking
Direct pressing, light settling followed by fermentation in barrels and demi-muid with 12 months aging.
Tasting
The aroma of white fruits and fresh almond is completed by a pleasant roundness. Very suave, gourmand palate with a pleasant minerality which brings balance and finesse.
