Description

The Loire wine has a pale yellow color with a green sheen. The aromas are dominated by lush citrus fruit - lime and pink grapefruit. For a white Touraine, the taste is quite oily, harmonious and mouth-filling. A real revelation! Naturally, it is drunk young to emphasize its aromatic properties.

This Loire wine is best at about 8° in harmony with oysters and other shellfish, marinated salmon and halibut and even with goat's cheese.
