Vinified in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of max 28°C with maceration for about 20 days. Aged partly for 24 months in cement tanks and partly in oak barrels, then at least 6 months in bottle.

Intense bright ruby red colour with ample garnet reflections. Complex aroma: notes of ripe fruit, tobacco, spices, candied citrus peel and mineral notes. Elegant flavour, dense tannins well blended with spices and red fruit. Very persistent and pleasant on the finish.

Grilled meat dishes, roasts, game, stewed meat, well aged cheeses and tasty starters.
