History, climate and terroir Stellenrust Estate was founded in 1928 in the renowned South African wine region of Stellenbosch. The domain consists of approximately 400 hectares, half of which is located in the 'Golden Triangle' region, which is internationally known for its fertile red subsoil. The other half is high on the Bottelary Hills with a much cooler climate and a light sea breeze that blows over from Cape Town and which benefits the minerality and freshness of the white wines. Intense tropical fruit aromas. Pleasant mouth structure with a long aftertaste where grapefruit is noticeable as well as a nice acidity. Rich and ripe on the palate with seductive texture. The intention was to make a fruity white wine that is accessible, ready to drink and that will appeal to everyone.
