VINIFICATION: The fermentation takes place in wood for several weeks. After this process, the wine continues to mature on its lees.
BARREL AGEING: 3 months.
The wine has a pale color with shiny reflections. The nose shows aromas of ripe fruit such as nectarine, candied lemon and hints of vanilla and toasted bread. In the mouth the attack is nice and juicy, moderately powerful with flavors of peach and exotic fruit.
This wine is very suitable as an aperitif, with fish and seafood, also with sushi and shellfish such as shrimp or mussels. Poultry is also welcome.
