Satiny, golden yellow colour with a lovely effervescence. Its fruity nose quickly reveals hints of freshness (apples, grapefruit), yellow flesh fruit (Mirabelle plums) and hazelnuts, and is wonderfully supple on the palate. Round and full, yet retains liveliness and power. This full flavour reflects the fruity, aromatic notes of the bouquet, leading to a long, slightly honeyed finish that develops towards stewed fruit flavours, still supported by an elegant freshness.
