Invigorating pale pink. Fruit-dominant with notes of fresh cherries, redcurrants and raspberries, and delicate hints of apple and tangerine. Rounded flavour of red fruit.

The Champagne region is located in northern France stretching across several communes and departments. In total, we are talking about almost 60000 football fields of vineyards here. Champagne's unique character is due, on the one hand, to its cooler climate (higher acidity) and chalk soil composition (minerality). Today, almost exclusively eponymous sparkling wines are made here. For this, champagne wines have to meet several criteria to bear the name. The region is rich in small vintners but also renowned champagne houses.

The champagne house Lallier is an old hand but has emerged as one of the innovators in recent years. A domain that exudes quality. Winemaker and owner Francis Tribaut has a vision and a passion that visibly translates into Grand Cru champagnes, each of which tells a unique story.

Serie R is a new Grand Cru from Champagne Lallier and seeks to combine the best of Millésime and non Millésime champagnes. 81% of this assemblage is from a specific vintage (reference in the name) and the remaining 19% is from vins de réserve. All grapes come from Grand Cru vineyards.
