Vineyard and region Sourced from two vineyards in Sicily: one close to Marsala and the other in the Salemi area. The soils are rich in lime. Vinification The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 24 to 26 degrees for 5 to 6 days. Color Ruby red. Scent: Plums, red berries and black currants. Taste Smooth, round wine with plums, berries, cherries and soft tannins. Serve at Delicious with spaghetti with meatballs. Also delicious with pizza.
