Grape variety: Pinot Noir.

Vineyard: Beaune, or Belena in Gaulish, is the capital of Burgundy wines, renowned for its Hôtel-Dieu hospital and its ‘Montagne’ (mountain), and is also a very extensive vineyard covering approximately 410 hectares. Our selection represents 4.80 hectares.

Vinification & Ageing: Vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, aged in French oak barrels for 10 to 12 months.

Tasting notes: Red colour with purple highlights. The nose explodes with the fruitiness of Pinot Noir. The palate is fresh and crisp on the attack, coated with very silky tannins. This cuvée

is a perfect ambassador for the Beaune appellation.

Serving temperature: 16 to 18°C.
