3 parts Prosecco D.O.C. (9cl) 2 parts Aperol (6cl) 1 dash of soda water (3cl) 1 slice of orange Recipe Place ice cubes in a balloon glass. Pour 3 parts Prosecco D.O.C. (9cl). Continue with 2 parts Aperol (6cl) and 1 dash of soda (3cl). Cut an orange into slices and use as a garnish.
