The white varieties recently introduced in the waxen stems of the Alentejo region show in this wine its oenological characteristics for the production of quality wine in the Borba region. Grapes from vineyards with moderate productivity make it possible to obtain a fresh, balanced and structured wine. The harvest was carried out manually and in the morning, so that the temperature of the grape at the entrance to the cellar is optimal. The grapes were transported in small quantities. After crushing and total desengace of the grapes, a light pelicular maceration was carried out, followed by pressing, decanting through the cold system for 24 hours and alcoholic fermentation, 30% of the wine in French and American oak barrels, with strict temperature control at 15ºC. After phase, stabilization and light filtration, bottling followed. Crystalline appearance, citrine color, lemon. Full aroma, intense to ripe tropical fruit and vanilla.
