The quality label "Crémant de Luxembourg", introduced in 1991, stands for the remarkable combination between the excellent grapes from the Luxembourg vineyards and the "méthode champenoise". Since 1994, the designation "méthode champenoise" has been reserved exclusively for the Champagne region. It describes the strict standards of traditional champagne production. Quality knows no compromises - the main reason why the "POLL-FABAIRE" charter goes far beyond legal requirements. This Cuvée is round, full and spicy, an impressive balance achieved by the composition of selected varieties. Contains sulphites.
