Vineyard: The vines are located between the Saône plain and the Mâconnais mountains, with exposure varying from west to east.
Soil: Clay-limestone soil, typical of Burgundy and conducive to vine growth.
Vinification: Pneumatic pressing allows the juice to be extracted slowly and at low pressure. Final filtration gives the wine its limpidity and maximum brilliance
Ageing in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats ensures that the wine retains all its freshness.
Tasting notes : A limpid, brilliant wine, with aromas of white flowers, citrus and yellow fruit, round and smooth on the palate. Typical of its appellation, this Mâcon-Villages offers fine balance and genuine harmony.
Food pairing: As an aperitif or with a meal, to accompany poularde, fried fish or a salad with warm goat's cheese.
Serving temperature: Serve between 11 and 13°C.
