It reflects the terroir of BROWN and is the result of a different parcel selection than the Grand Vin, but benefits from the same care both in terms of viticulture and vinification: manual harvest, rigorous sorting of the grapes, aging in French oak barrels.. . The second wine is an introduction to Grand Vin. Le Colombier is a wine that is easier to drink in its youth and more affordable, wine of pleasure, with a more fruity and light character.
