Filliers 28 Pine Dry Gin Blossom is characterised by the unmistakable scent of flowers, wood bark and curls. The taste has soft notes of lavender blossom.
The citrus and herbs give this gin a balanced and mild taste. The perfect balance between its floral flavours and its spicy side. The presence of juniper berries is immediately recognisable, complemented by a lovely citrus coriander flavour and subtle notes of orange blossom. This gin has an alcohol content of 42% and is best enjoyed with a slice of lemon and a few mint leaves.
The secret of Filliers Dry Gin 28 lies in the harmonious blend of 28 botanicals. The exact proportions were written down by Firmin Filliers in his authentic recipe, which has since been passed down from father to son within the family of distillers.
