This wine is a global overview of our capabilities and a true sensory experience based on the principle of revealing natural flavors, with little intervention. It is made from grapes from our three main estates, and with different grape varieties, of which Touriga Nacional, Jaen, Tinta Roriz, Alfrocheiro and Rufete stand out from some very old vines and others of more recent date. The 2020 harvest turned out to be a good year for red wines, with healthy and very balanced grapes. The grapes were harvested by hand, after a strict selection process. This wine comes from a blend of five grape varieties, with a minimalist approach in the cellar with the combined fermentation of the varieties in a granite lagar, allowing for a very balanced and complex blend. The stage was gradually and controlled in stainless steel vats for 18 months. Color: Ruby red aroma: The wine has aromas of forest fruits, with red blackberries and blackcurrants standing out, notes of red fruit combined with a light touch of cedar leaf, which gives it complexity and intensity. Mouth: On the palate we witness notes of red fruits, such as blueberry and raspberry, and light nuances of spices. The wine has soft and well-integrated tannins, with persistent natural acidity ensuring a long and persistent aftertaste. Consumption level: The wine is ready to drink but has the potential to mature. 6600 bottles
