Courvoisier VS is a young, lively blend of cognac that can be enjoyed in a variety of ways. VS is blended from cognac from different crus, with maturation periods between three and seven years. Fins Bois has the largest share here, supplemented by a portion of Petite Champagne. Expect a fruity profile, with hints of flowers and oak. Try it straight (or with ice), in the mix or incorporate Courvoisier VS in a cocktail.
