Ruby red color. Powerful nose of ripe fruit and licorice. In the mouth aromas of herbs, berries and thyme. Smooth and pleasant taste. Fine wood bearing. Red meat and spicy cheeses At Château des Sources, the work of the vines is done with respect for the ecosystems and the conservation of the underlying water. Here beehives and organic tree production go hand in hand with the vineyard. Water conservation is a major priority on the estate, even more so than elsewhere. The tillage of the soil and vineyard is strictly controlled to limit or even prevent the use of phytosanitary treatments. To complete these steps, a first settling basin has also been integrated into the site. This basin makes it possible to manage, with oxidation of organic matter through continuous aeration, the winery's effluents from the winery. The HVE process will begin in 2020, to continue Vignobles & Compagnie's commitments to respect the environment and work towards increasingly environmentally responsible agriculture.
