Intense yellow colour with green hints. Fresh aromas with notes of tropical fruit, white flowers, such as orange blossom and jasmine, and hints of toasted bread and oak. A fresh wine with soft, fruity flavours on the palate, a nice body and good balance. A creaminess and complexity on the palette where minerality also emerges providing complexity and elegance. A soft but firm structure, which together with the acidity, complemented by the fruitiness makes for an elegant, long finish.

This wine is delicious with vegetarian dishes, white meat such as chicken, turkey and pork with cream-based sauces. Also delicious with smoked and grilled fish, fried shellfish, razor clams with Parmesan cheese, roast chicken, Indian food, rice and aubergine puree.
