The vineyards of this Chardonnay are located in the Cachopal Valley, 750 meters above sea level. The soil is composed of silty clay and bluestone. The hand-picked grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks, which ensures that this Chardonnay retains its freshness. On the nose we find papaya, green apple, pineapple and apricot. The taste has something slightly exotic with fruity notes and a little butter. A nice accompaniment to various chicken dishes or creamy preparations.
