This organic rosé wine, made from the Montepuciano d'Abruzzo grape, is transferred to the bottle after a light maceration of the skins. The shade is a beautiful cherry color with purple hues. The scent is soft, refined and intense with an aroma of red fruit. In the mouth the rosé is soft, with an intense and persistent aftertaste, spicy and refined with the aftertaste of almond. Delicious rosé with fish soups, starters, white meat and poultry, and fresh cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 12-14 degrees 13.5% Vol. Family business VinoBiagi has been making beautiful quality wines in the Abruzzo region, located on the east coast in central Italy, for several generations. All their wines are produced with an eye for people and nature, with strict preference given to manual harvesting. In addition, the vineyards continuously strive to improve traditional vines in order to obtain the best quality grapes, such as Trebbiano, Passerina, Pecorino, Malvasia and Montepulciano. The result is impressive: various Biagi wines are available and have an official quality mark, from IGT and DOC to the exclusive and coveted DOCG.
